Founded in 2009 by Ray Castillo, Apex Roofing Co. has grown from a two-man crew to one of the most respected roofing contractors in the Phoenix metro area.
Owner & General Manager
Born and raised in Mesa with over 30 years in the roofing industry. Ray founded Apex in 2001 after a decade working for large Valley roofing companies. He's on the roof at least twice a week doing inspections because he believes the owner should know every job firsthand. Licensed ROC contractor and certified Owens Corning Preferred Installer.
Project Manager
Sarah coordinates every project from initial inspection through final walk-through. She handles scheduling, material ordering, insurance paperwork, and client communication. If you call the office, she's the one making sure your job stays on track. 7 years with Apex.
Lead Installer & Foreman
Carlos has been installing roofs in the Arizona heat for 18 years and leads our most experienced crew. He specializes in concrete tile and complex roof geometries. His crews consistently finish on schedule and pass inspection on the first visit. OSHA-30 certified and bilingual (English/Spanish).
